'This property gets a 10/10 from me and the wife. It is perfect for 2 adults on a short or long stay in the city of Lexington. The Property was immaculately clean and super accessible. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It is small and cozy but certainly not cramped by any means. 'We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
