'The staff are very nice, the room needed a bit of help though. Sort of dirty, dog hair on the bed. The room was a little stinky. But other than that everything was great.'

'The staff are genuinely nice and professional. We had returned one night and a car with lots of stuff in it door was open. Unloading, returning or error? Front desk said if no one came in 10 minutes she would close the door. Welcoming atmosphere, clean remodeled room. We stay here several times a year when we return ‘home’ to JC. The staff reflects JC very well.'

'For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.'

'The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.'

'Unique place on a beautiful property. So peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. A bit confused at first about the seperate suites. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time exploring the area.'

'The rooms were clean, parking was convenient, the desk clerk was very helpful. The morning breakfast was delightful. However, on the first night I somehow got into a handicap room with a noisy air conditioner. The motel was fully booked the first night, so I did not mention it. The next day I visited with the hotel manager and she arranged for me to move to a different room. The 2nd room checked all the boxes; quiet, clean, and comfortable.'

'The first room assigned I walked in and the AC was off and the room wasn't cleaned. It was 100 degrees outside. Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers.'
