'I haven’t stayed in a worse place!!!! It’s disgusting! Smelly!!! And noisy!!! Other occupants talked all through the night and loudly too! The trash cans are everywhere and stinks! This place shouldn’t be on Expedia!!!!'

'Hotel is oud, moet nodig opgeknapt worden. Kamer rook muf, gaten on dekens. Kortom geen aanrader. Toen we in een restaurant daarnaar gevraagd de naam van het hotel noemden, kregen we als antwoord 'Not so good neighbourhood, make sure to stay in at night' was de maat vol en zijn we naar een ander hotel gegaan'

'The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.'

'Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!'

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

'Everything about hotel was great 👍. Staff, amenities, cleanliness. I can't say anything about my stay.'

'The property is beautiful, relaxing and well appointed. Love the firepit, the rooms with full kitchenette, sink, fridge and microwave. Love the decor. I do wish the staff was more mature and generally helpful. Like helping when I am dropping things trying to open the door or anticipating guest needs instead of being on their phone at the front desk.'

'mooi hotel grote kamer. zou alleen volgende keer niet meer voor twee bedden kiezen maar liever een groot bed.'

'Prima hotel. Goede locatie. Alles prima te doen op loopafstand. Hotel schoon en netjes. Voelt ook heel veilig. Politiestation aan de overkant. '

'Not a hotel - just a room with a bed and no chair. There is no one attending the hotel - no one to check you in or ask for room service. There was a bar adjacent but not connected to the hotel. There is no elevator so I had to lug heavy bags up three fligths. No service during a 6 night stay - no coffee or water (not even a glass) or fresh towels. On the last day the woman at the bar gave me a number to text. I got an automated "good morning" from a bot and no response to my...
