'I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience '

'Dstv not renewed, no internet service, mosquitos everywhere major parts of the reason i cut my stay short '

'A clean and spacious place with reasonable fees. I’ll visit again. Keep it up!'

'Wat een teleurstelling! Inchecken was een ramp, medewerkers waren niet al vriendelijk, avondeten en ontbijt trok op niks, airco werkte niet, onvoldoende handdoeken in de badkamer en geen zeep/shampoo.. Enigste pluspunt was het mooie strand en de vriendelijke bewaker. Hier kom ik nooit meer!! '

'Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.'

'Ac works poorly. Micro sized ants in the room, door lock batteries were dying and beeping every 3 minutes. Hot water was always out. Half the food and drinks on menue they were out of. Asked for different room and wasn't switched then finally offered upgrade but wanted above full price. Room was not clean and amenities not up to par.View was excellent but overall need to pass.'

'Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast'

'La Villa Aphro was our home away from home. The tucked away boutique resort felt like our own personal Air B and B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a delightful welcome native drink that I wanted to drink the entire trip. My. Husband arrived with an upset stomach from our united airlines flight from IAD. Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self...

'Prima hotel. Aan de balie werd onderhandeld over de prijs van de kamers. Dit is niet mogelijk als je via Expedia boekt. Volgens mij hotel nooit volgeboekt behalve rond de kersttijd. Ontbijt is sober.

'Good'

'Very improved and professional reception. I was very pleased with the service and interaction with clients.'

'At long last, I’ve found a place in Ghana that truly felt like a home away from home! I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, everything was kept clean, and the surroundings were well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, easy access to Uber and Bolt, and Achimota Mall just a short distance away. What really made my stay special was the staff. Frank was very helpful but Frimpong, Judith, Linda, Clifford, and the rest of the team were also...

'Vriendelijk en hardwerkend personeel Rustig gelegen hotel Geen massa kamers met veel mensen Goede roomservice'

'Good appartment, nice stay, very clean!'

'I have had a very nice stay for the past 3 weeks in the Winford Boutique Hotel. The employees at the hotel were very kind and helpful. I felt at home and safe. Delicious local meals were prepared for me every day (for around GHS 20-30). The travel time by car outside the rush hour to the center (Accra) is 30-45 minutes. The travel time to the airport (Kotoka) is approximately 1 hour. I thank the whole team again for everything!'
