'Great communication from owner! This is a lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood. The front fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the home's interior was super clean and inviting. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find street parking easily in front of home. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was very close by (Amigos) and it was delicious. Also, very close to a Target & Kroger along with many other shops. I would definitely stay at this home again!'

'The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk'

'The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated.
