« Twelve of us stayed in the main house, ages ranging from toddler to retired. Great location, and yes, the road can be busy with some road noise, everything else outweighed that concern including the free kayaks, the little beach, a nice deck with a view, and the location between Portsmouth and the Lakes Region. Excellent value. »
