'Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle'

'The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

'Super motel voor die prijs vind je die maar weinig in de usa super schoon en netjes, ligt een beetje afgelegen maar daardoor lekker rustig, ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het bekende frankenmuth de moeeite waard om te boeken, supermarkt ook vlakbij'

'Hotel room was clean however we got strong marijuana smell coming in from the bathroom vent which eventually filled the room. Breakfast/service was very questionable'

'Hotel in a good location by the college but no continental breakfast'

'Spent 1 night here as a family of 4. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower in our suite. The room was clean and reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay.'

'Was just okay, had to request several time for clean towels and room to be cleaned. Also had to change rooms due to clogged bathtub.'

'My room is mine'

'This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place.'

'It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths.'

'Room was clean and soundproof. Very quiet, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again!'

'It was an affordable option for a one night stay, it was as expected'

'The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.'
