'The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!'

'The place is undergoing some renovation and is likely going to change hands soon. It's an older facility ('50s would be my guess), but the couple in charge of the place were doing a nice job upgrading it and repairing what needed to be repaired. The room was clean (except for some diatomaceous earth that had been tracked in earlier in the day, we got there after midnight) and comfortable and quiet. Totally acceptable value lodging.'

'Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also...
