'Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. '

'So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they...

'The smell of the chemicals was really bad and had a super hard time opening our room door.'

'Overall, the room was clean, except for the floor which was a little dirty. The towels had some stains on them, but didn't smell dirty.'

'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '

'I want to start by saying these stars are truly for the staff. If it weren’t for them during such a difficult time, I would honestly give this place zero stars. The staff was amazing—kind, patient, and very helpful when I needed it most. That being said, the condition of the hotel is very disappointing. 'Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface.'
