* Absolutely no parties/gatherings allowed.
* No outside visitors will be allowed to access the units or amenities.
* No unregistered guests will be given access to the property, units, or amenities.
* All guests over 15 years old staying in the property should be registered with their complete name in the reservation.
* Guests should be 18 or older in order to check in. Picture ID’s will be required to be presented for all guests upon check-in.
* Only those registered to the reservation will be given access to the unit and common elements.

The cabanas are first come first serve. The two in the middle are for owners.
Guests are expected to consume if they will be using the cabanas but they cannot be reserved in advance.
