'Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful. It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe.'

'I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. '

'The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others. We...

'Clean and friendly'

'Het appartementje is wat verouderd, ligt op de 7de etage met lift. Prima om een paar dagen te verblijven alles op loopafstand. Het mooie oude centrum is dichtbij. Parkeegarage bij het appartement. En ! Het bakkerswinkeltje op de begane grond heeft heerlijke croissants.'

'Truly lovely apartment. Met all of our needs, with maybe the exception of AC, but we knew that going in. The terrace was probably our favorite part. Absolutely loved our visit to Annecy and this apartment and location made it even better.'

'Tres bel appartement. Propre et spacieux. Proche du centre-ville. Garage'

'Good and clean property, great location right in the heart of Old Annecy. 10 min walking distance to everything. Communication with host was slow for replies but overall good stay.'

'Superbe séjour très bien situé '

'Great location!'

'Superb location within walking distance of the old town, the Lake, railway station and local shops.'

'overall it was a great stay! We found the property to be exactly as descrived.'

'Property management was excellent. Perfect location. Nice building. Nicely renovated. Decently equipped. Very clean. Good linens. Bed was very hard and could use a topper. Some minor repairs - two Kitchen lights were falling out of the ceiling and could be a fire hazard. Fans provided because of the heat were very cheap. One in bedroom did nothing. One in living room is falling apart. Listing said there was a smoke detector, but couldn’t see one. All in all, a pleasant place to stay. We would...

'The manager provided very detailed check in instructions and directive to find the property. Now, the property is not on the lake, nor does it have a lake view. It is directly across the street from the Hotel de Ville, which is being renovated. The property could use a little cleaning. There was a lot of bread crumbs and some type of food left in the oven, which i needed to clean before using the oven. There was no soap or shampoo in the ensuite bathroom. The location is perfect and parking was...
