This apartment, on the 3rd floor with elevator, can accommodate 4 people.

The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the second 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together to make a double). You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine...
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet are separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is 15 minutes away by bus. Line 2, at the foot of the building, takes you directly to the city centre. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake).

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
