'Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. Nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor space. You can even see a partial view from the front porch. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating...

'This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach. We had 4 adults, 1 kid, 2 teens and 2 college kids in the house for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking or hanging out as a big family. We never felt crowded even with 9 people in the room. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The deck looking out to the water was awesome! 'The house was just as described. Everything was clean, great condition, and the rental management company was very attentive and responsive. The pool was great for the kiddos and the beach was just a short walk away. There was plenty of beach and pool gear there. The White Marlin was a wonderful fine dining experience.
