'When we checked in, our room was very dirty. There was hair and spots/stains on the white bedspread and visible dirt and dirty shoe prints on the tile floor area. When we asked the front desk to switch our room for a clean one, they said our only choice was to pay for an upgrade or leave and get a refund. We opted to pay because it was late at night, hoping that the manager could help in the morning. No luck though, they weren’t willing to do anything to make it right. It seems very unfair that...

'Very clean, unfortunately my ear buds small bag was thrown out by mistake buts not a big deal.'

'Interesting setup around a courtyard '

Arrogant hotel.'

'The property appeared to be well maintained. However, when my wife attempted to check in, she was denied service. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that they were not required to disclose the reason. We were disappointed by the lack of explanation and will not be returning to this property.'

'Average'

'Seer goes hotel '

'Friendly and helpful staff at check in and throughout our stay; traveled as a group of four and had four separate rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms were huge!! Loved that the rooms had a micro, fridge, dishes if u Needed it, coffee maker, a separate sitting area, two tvs, a couch, in room safe. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Separate lounge area with umbrellas and a fire pit. Air Conditioning was perfect. The entire area was secure only way to access the property was with your room key....

'Front desk was so helpful in getting me into a better room. Thank you William for being quick about that. I had restful stay. Thank you'

'Place look great'
