« Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. We stayed one night and left prematurely. No breakfast It’s like being a latch key school child Wouldn’t recommend »

« The property fit our needs and was a good size. It was a bit hard to find after a long day of travel but once we figured it out we were happy with the stay. »

« Spacious, modern and very nice! Croy is a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes drive from Inverness airport. »

« This property is in a fantastic location with absolutely stunning views, which were the highlight of our stay. It has amazing potential and could be a really lovely place with a little investment. Unfortunately, the property is looking quite dated in terms of décor. There were paint chips in several places, the walls were looking grubby, and overall it felt like it was in need of some TLC. The TVs are also quite old, and upgrading them to smart TVs would really improve the experience. We...

« Property was tidy, simple and fairly straightforward in terms of settling in. Once we figured out the heating - no instructions - we got the place warm. An excellent wood burner really made the lounge - plus bringing in two bedside lights for ambient lighting - and was generously supplied with kindling and wood. The walks around the property and up into the woods were ideal for dog walks. The kitchen was pleasant, functional and suitably kitted out, although the fluorescent striplighting was...

« Great little place in Aldeburgh! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The cottage is just as described - small but cozy and very fitting for the area. Aldeburgh is a lovely part of the world that everyone should visit. »

« It was very clean and couldn’t fault it had a good feed days »

« Beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting. A fantastically helpful host. »

« The Ivy Cottage was lovely and cozy had everything you would need, the only thing we weren't aware of was that the owner still lived in part of the property,we thought we rented the whole property the area where the owner stayed was completely sealed off from the area we were in so it wasnt really a problem but it did make my wife and daughter uncomfortable with the thought they could access where we were. Michael reassured us that this wouldn't happen and was very communicative throughout. »
