'Really nice place surrounded by mountains and greenery. Close to the west gate entrance. The staff dropped us off and picked us up from the gate both days. Restaurant onsite has great dishes. The staff is so friendly and helpful'

'The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. '

'Everything was really perfect and lovely'

'Nice hotel, close to food and to attractions east entrance. Comfortable bed and good shower, decent breakfast 7/10. All in all would recommend '

'Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!'

'The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a...

'Awesome people and the locations was perfect. They helped us the whole time and made the trip smooth'

'An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their...

'A pousada aceita animais de estimação, foi ótimo poder levar nosso cachorro com a gente. O minibar do quarto é gratuito, as bebidas estão à disposição sem custo extra. O local é tranquilo, rodeado de montanhas, e tudo muito limpo.'

'Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...

'The staff at this hotel is so kind and helpful! We loved our stay with them, the service was impressive. Also, the area is so beautiful and the property is very close to the Forrest Park. Would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Bathrooms needed better cleaning'

'Tem uma mesa de chá no jardim, é maravilhoso tomar um chá ao entardecer com a brisa da montanha. Eles cultivam os próprios vegetais, a comida caseira é muito fresca e saborosa. O lugar é super tranquilo, rodeado de natureza.'

'Very near to the east entrance. Convenient'

'The location of Wang Yun Homestay is very convenient. The "Charming Xiangxi" show is just across the street, and the East Entrance of the National Forest Park is within walking distance. There are plenty of food and entertainment options around the guesthouse. All the staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Kiki, and the store manager, Ms. Li, who organized our transportation from Zhangjiajie West Station to the guesthouse. They also provided valuable advice for our...
