'I honestly hate leaving a bad review because the host was really nice. However, the property was not clean, the grill was not functional and it overall did not meet expectations given the price. The bed linens and pillows are very cheap. I did send photos of the grill to the host. I looked back on reviews after booking (I know-should have done it sooner) and someone noted the exact issue with the grill as I did. So it is a bit frustrating that it hasn’t been corrected. 'This place is in a great location and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the closeness to everything that is Chattanooga. The only reason we put it at four stars was the smell of smoke that permeated the upstairs from the floor below. The smell was especially strong in the main bathroom for some reason, but moved throughout the rest of the floor. Loved the place other than that issue. '

'My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. I chose this home based on its location. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It is new, modern, beautifully decorated and had lots of little extra touches that the host provided. The host was readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend the Incline Railroad, Clumpies Ice Cream, Goodman Coffee and the 1885 Grill all within walking distance of the home. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here...

'We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and exactly as described. There was not a tv in the bunk room and I could see that being somewhat inconvenient for certain groups - so just a heads up. The details state that there are 3 TVs in the house which is true so I would not consider this a complaint but more of a suggestion to make the stay more comfortable for larger families/groups. We would definitely stay again either way! '
