'This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers...

'Ruim, charmant huis met een mooie tuin. Alle benodigde voorzieningen zijn aanwezig om een zeer prettig verblijf te kunnen hebben. De landelijke omgeving is over het algemeen zeer rustig. Wij waren er in oktober tijdens de oogsttijd van een lokale notenboerderij. Dat gaf gedurende een aantal dagen wat lawaai en is storend wanneer je de hele dag thuis zou willen doorbrengen. Rustig gelegen, naast prachtige zonnebloemvelden en een rivier om in te zwemmen en kajak te varen. Kajaks en fietsen zijn ter beschikking. In de buurt liggen mooie dorpen. Ideale rustplek.'
