Located right downtown a few blocks to Beale Street is this 4800 sqft DREAM home with a splash pool, home elevator, home gym, under counter ice maker, dual ovens, dual dishwashers, XL laundry room, and much more. The den features an 18' top grain real italian leather sectional. Also, you will love cooking on this 6 burner Viking gas range. We do love this house so if you're group is prone to making a big mess, getting loud, or doesn't follow rules... please look elsewhere. Everyone else, you will LOVE this house. I used to live here and take pictures of the sunset almost every single day.

There is a natural gas grill for your use that has a dedicated gas line to it so no need to refill a tank. You will have use of the 2-car garage. This place does have an elevator, but it's not a toy. Please don't let kids play on the elevator. The elevator is to be used for handicap purposes or by those who cannot get up stairs very well.
