« I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. « I booked this hotel after confirming disability accommodations and that my service dog would be accepted. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Due to a reservation mix-up, I was moved to a room that was supposed to be ADA compliant. As someone with POTS, Type 1 diabetes, and an ileostomy, accessibility is essential. « We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty).
