'It was clean like they said, no TV in bedroom, just living area. No special TV options. If you wanted your car parked in the garage, a 'robot' parks it, not a person. This was not clarified. Got my bill, and the bill had a charge listed three times for parking, for only a one night stay for one car. Very frustrating. The room however was clean, neat, size was ok for a one night stay. It was nice with a small kitchenette to for use. Not sure I will stay there again'

'Great location very close to UPenn'

'It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

'Room was not available until an hour after check in, lack of proper communication for staff (front desk had to call and text house keeping to get an update, told wrong room at first and had to again wait for a response for the right room). Our family of 5 was staying in the suite we only had 3 towels, no bedding for the sofa bed, the kitchen and bathroom needed better cleaning, the arms of the sofa are badly stained/miscolored, the AC was broken and being on the 8th floor our room remained 77-80...

'wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

'Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peaceful with nice staff and amenities.'

'Zeer leuke en verzorgde loft. Knap ingericht. Alle uitrusting is aanwezig.
