'Complicated check in . Over 15 bags of trash on the porch that stayed there my entire stay. FILTHY BEDDING . FILTHY CURTAINS. NEVER AGAIN . And there was a room in the building full of teenage kids “hanging out” '

'The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. '

'Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!'

'The place was listed as accommodations for 3 guests. But 2 full size beds doesn’t really accommodate 3 ppl. Also, it’s utterly without any kind of charm. '

'DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. '

'Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating! Didn’t really like the parking situation- there was an event happening upon my arrival which left me parking all the way down the street which was kind of annoying. But overall my stay was great! '

'Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job.'

'Everything is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The staff was amazing. The only issues I had was parking one time, but other than that, the experience was good.'

'Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

'It was a nice hotel. The only thing I would say is my check in time was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 and the staff was shocked that I booked two double bed rooms. That’s when the supervisor in charge left to go have the rooms cleaned and ready for us. I had to wait until 5 to get my room. I tried to sees if I can get back some money since I didn’t get my room for the full amount of time and was told by the front desk staff that we do not booked but hours but by night '
