Within a three-minute walk, you’ll find some of St Kilda’s favourite local spots—enjoy an intimate Italian dinner at Sorsi e Morsi, catch occasional live music or comedy shows at Iddy Biddy Bar, or savour fresh seafood at the beloved Claypots. A leisurely eight-minute stroll takes you to the golden sands of St Kilda Beach, where you can dine beachside at renowned restaurants like Republica and Donovans. On Sundays, stroll 14 minutes to the St Kilda Esplanade Market, a vibrant hub of local art and handmade treasures. Luna Park, just 12 minutes away, offers endless seaside entertainment. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.

Please note, the property uses a 55L hot water tank system, which is not a continuous hot water system. Once the tank runs out, you’ll need to wait for it to heat up again.

There is no TV antenna, so live free-to-air channels are not available. However, you can access on-demand content, including live TV, a bunch of digital channels, and Netflix.
