« Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. « L'arrivée fût un peu confuse puisqu'il n'y a pas de réception physique dans l'établissement. Cependant la réception par téléphone et par email était extrêmement réactive et nous a beaucoup aidé. Si vous n'êtes pas d'Australie je vous recommande vivement de prendre une puce téléphonique dès votre arrivée pour avoir accès à internet, à la réception et à l'application. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre, la bâtisse elle même date du 19e siècle et est magnifique et très bien conservée....

« Abysmal service from check in staff. First time I’ve ever been given the bird and sworn at by staff when I queried why the deposit was 500% of the room cost. This is after being told to be “patient” while waiting on the street for 30mins to be able to check in. You check in a cafe. There is no reception. This is not disclosed by Expedia. And then Sakura tack on more conditions after the booking is secured. Also not disclosed at the time of booking, but relied upon to deny a refund. A 6pm curfew...

« Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. »
