'Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. '

'最低限必要なものは揃っていましたが、包丁は全く使えません。食洗器は便利でしたが、使い方の説明書がなく、慣れるまで時間がかかりました。洗剤の数が少なかったので頼んだらすぐに追加してもらえたのは助かりました。 ただExpediaからのメ－ルがすべて中国語で届いたので 読むのに時間がかかったり、あれでは開けない人も多いのではないでしょうか ベランダのドアが力を入れないと開かなかったり、洗濯機の使い方などの説明書は必要だと思います。 壁に大きな傷があったのも少し居心地悪かったです。 長期滞在だったのでシーツやタオルの予備はリクエストして補充してもらいました。メッセ－ジをたくさん送りましたがその都度、対応してもらえたのは助かりました。鍵を返す時にもパスワ－ドが必要だったのには少し焦りました。チェックインの時にも鍵を探さないといけなかったので、もう少し分かり易かったらと思います。 Air B＆B の情報は必要だと思います。 '

'Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city. The apartment itself is a one bedroom with sofabed which was a little squishy for a family of 5 but we really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the facilities like the pool, spa, gym...
