Chalets in Melbourne

'Las camas son super comodas, igual las almohadas. El hotel estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Es nuestra segunda estadia alli. Pero el desayuno no estuvo tan bien.'

'At check-in, the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked really nice! Only downside was that the AC unit that made quite some noise was located directly next to the bed (2-3 ft away from where my head was), and the pillows were a little bit flat/thin. But would definitely stay here again.'

'I loved how clean and modern our room was very spacious. A plus a gator is only a couple of feet from the hotel 😁 staff is friendly definitely will be back'

'Good'

'They charge your card for the stay as you check in, then when you check out they charge you again before that pending charge falls off. And then they charge a completely different amount after the "release" the deposit. 2 seperate stays this process has thrown my account into the negative.'

'it was good'

'The property is great. The only complaint is the lights were out on the vanity mirror in the bathroom.'

'Sometimes entry card was not working. On last day shower was cold. Chair clothing was broken. The hotel needs an update.'
