"Always wanted to stay at the Hydro Majestic and it was amazing. The views were majesterial along with the setting and history. The main menu was pricey but we met an amazing lady called Sarah who ran the pavilion cafe, the best coffee and service in the blue mountains. We missed out on dinner reservations, ..."
