« The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...

« Spacious property and great location but in need of major repairs. We arrived and 2 of the 3 bathrooms were not working. The property manager had someone come and fix it two days after our stay and we had a plumber in the home almost an entire day. Almost every appliance was not working or had something wrong with it and the basement bedrooms were cold and only one space heater. « The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Great for business travel. We had a quick trip to the National Harbor and it was easy access to Old Richmond. The host was very responsive about a request we had ahead of our visit, and accommodating. Beds were soft and comfy. I slept like a baby. Normally I don’t care for soft beds, but I had no issues. Would stay here again! »
