This 3-bedroom, 3-bath mountain lodge sleeps 10 comfortably perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or group adventures. Located just minutes from the ski slopes, adventure park, water park, golf courses, and all the top resorts attractions, as well as Shenandoah National Park, Harrisonburg and JMU. This home offers something for everyone year-round.

Inside you’ll find two levels of living space, each with its own large deck, a fully stocked kitchen for you culinary endeavors, and additional kitchenette/bar in the basement, along with a large game room that includes a billiards table, a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and a gaming area featuring a custom retro gaming console to bring out your inner child (or introduce the kids to the classics!). The gaming console includes many games from Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega, Nintendo 64, GameCube, PS1, and others!

After a day on the mountain, soak in the large private 6-person hot tub, share stories while roasting smore's on the gas firepit, or just unwind on one of the two large decks with fresh mountain air and wooded views. Don't leave your fur babies behind! We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets (dogs/cats) if house rules are followed. The backyard is also fenced. There is a steep slope in the backyard, but the side has a more gentle slope so they can still run around.

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.
*Please review the HOA Rules below and in your rental contract when you sign.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. 
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

To maintain a flexible cancellation policy, reservations must be canceled on the same calendar day they are booked, and TripForth must be notified before 5:00 PM Eastern Time to receive a full refund.

Administrative fees, travel insurance, and Flexible Cancellation Fees are non-refundable once a reservation is made. Reservations canceled after the same-day cancellation period are subject to the applicable cancellation terms and will not be refunded the Administrative fees, travel insurance, and Flexible Cancellation Fees.

Mountain Setting Disclosure

This home is located in a natural mountain environment and may experience seasonal weather changes, insects, arachnids, and wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly; however, occasional encounters are possible due to the home's surroundings. Guests can help minimize encounters by keeping food sealed and reducing exterior light exposure at night. Refunds or relocations are not provided for natural occurrences related to the mountain setting. Please consider this before booking.
