'Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. 'Bij aankomst op luchthaven staat er netjes iemand op je te wachten die ook nog eens naar een wisselkantoor wil rijden nadat je vraag of er 1 in de buurt is, personeel van het hotel super aardig en vrolijk en snel, kamer geweldig alleen onze jacuzzi werkte niet dus beetje teleurgesteld omdat we daar wel voor betaald hebben. Ontbijt (gratis ) wordt naar je kamer gebracht en dinner (betaling) eventueel ook. Mooi uitzicht hadden wij en een geweldige ervaring '

'I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. 'Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.'
