Pensions in Mawokota

'The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!'

'I had to spend a night in transit in Entebbe and had a very good experience in the African Roots Guesthouse, Pick-up at airport was well done. Staff was very friendly and the place is just lovely.'

'I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

'We booked a room at the Carpe Diem Hotel for the final night of our 12 night stay in Uganda and it was the best by far, very friendly service, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend'

'Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.'

'excellent!!'

'This property doesn't exist!!!.Stole my money, lied Agoda is doing nothing can get a response.Very angry at entire situation Ian.'

'The stay was comfortable and the AC was amazing. Some things to note: The room was not soundproof at all (despite what the listing states), we could hear every conversation at the front desk. Maybe other rooms are different, but ours was right off the front lobby. The water took over 10 minutes to warm, so I took 2 cold showers assuming there wasn’t any hot water. There are not digital channels on the TV, there are 3 channels only and one is completely static. TV is too old to have an HDMI, so...

'The room is not clean the reception not honestly person a lot of noise I don't like it '

'I book online and when I reach the girl didn't know what to do. because I was tired I promised to pay cash. After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception '
