« Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. « My room was clean, but definitely in need of an update in decor. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was...

« I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down. »
