'From the time we walked through the front door it was unbelievable 3 gentleman at the desk were more than polite and helpful offering free champagne and told us about the amenities and local happenings. The room was beautiful with unbelievable views, the room service was timely and delicious. We checked out the rooftop, which was very busy, but every staff member was very helpful and took great care of us. We certainly will be returning! '

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
