'No breakfast in the mornings'

'De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. '

'Goed Hotel in een leuke omgeving'

'Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'

'Hair still just outside the shower, room just wasn’t very clean. The lobby was kind of all over the place. Also they make you pay an additional $50 for parking. They also charge another $25 fee for some BS. Those surprise fees we not appreciated at all.'

'Very friendly staff and good rooms. Perfect location near red, orange and green subway lines and lots of places to eat in nearby chinatown. Recommended!'

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'

'The staff was nice, but the hotel was more like a motel. There was black tape, holding the laminate on the floor. The room seemed clean enough, but the cost of the stay was definitely not commensurate to the property'

'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'I had booked a room and when I arrived there they told me no more rooms were available after it was payed for. Made the stay so inconvenient on top of having to go to a different hotel for the night. Honestly the hotel they sent us to was so much nicer anyways. At least they were able to find us another stay'

'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'
