'Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes. I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything. The view out of the window is pretty terrible. It's basically just...

'According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. A bit far the nearest shops (supermarket). But nice, quiet, perfect communication. Very well explained in emails upfront arrival about door access etc.'

'AMAZING!!! Do NOT listen to all of the negative reviews. When I first found this listing I was really unsure because there was so many bad reviews. I took a chance and booked anyway. The stay was phenomenal. Check in was super easy and the company/host was very responsive. Very close to train station as well. They sent text messages and even let us know the room was ready for check in around 2pm instead of waiting until 4pm check in. The room was super clean and nice. No issues with anything....
