Villa Ieranto 6, is a splendid luxury villa overlooking the sea, located not far from the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, an ancient fishing village that today is a renowned tourist resort with a small town surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best starred restaurants of the peninsula.
The villa develops on two floors, the main building is about 200 square meters, with panoramic terraces sloping down to the sea. It is equipped with elevators, it has private access to the sea, also accessible by private funicular, private parking, air conditioning with innovative system of diffusion, heating and free WI-FI connection.

The outdoor swimming pool, framed by two maritime pines, located on a terrace overlooking the sea, with panoramic seating with whirlpool, is the perfect place to relax enjoying the scent of the flower garden that surrounds it.
All rooms are super scenic and enjoy an amazing view of Marina del Cantone and "Li Galli" Islands.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ieranto 6, but if you come by car you can park it for free in the private parking area inside the gate.
You will reach the rooms of the villa from the parking area and from the entrance gate directly with a private elevator or through an external stone staircase of about 30 steps.

The villa has large outdoor areas of about 500 square meters that will allow you to enjoy maximum privacy.
The private swimming pool is set directly on the sea, equipped with hydro-massage seats and it is 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long and 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep. The frame of green lawn overlooking the pool, is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor hot shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Marina del Cantone and "Li Galli" islands. The swimming pool is open all year.

The terrace in the ground floor surrounding the villa is about 140 square meters, the area in front of the large living room has a fully furnished seating area and a dining area with a large table of 3 meters located under an ancient olive tree.
