'Room and bath were immaculate. Parking was free. Owner who lives on site was delightful and very accommodating. Some rooms are on 2nd floor, so I would check that 1st floor is available if stairs are an issue for you'

'The decor is mid 80's. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable- we did not sit out on the deck for this reason. Breakfast options were sugary, but we enjoyed coming home to cookies in the lobby. Pleasant ride to Narragansett.'

Everyone was so friendly, the room had nice touches with a cringe fan, rockers on the porch, beautiful decor, great water pressure in the shower, and a fan and drawers in the bathroom (one of my biggest pet peeves in most hotels!).
