' Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The interior of the hotel was perfectly fine and well-maintained, but the first impression was a bit rough. There were several construction areas flanking both sides of the entrance, which made the exterior look quite cluttered and not very visually appealing. 'This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were very large, bathroom set up was great, and it was very clean. We stayed in the side facing the interstate, and it was a little loud with trucks at times. Only real feedback we would have is in regard to the food service workers in food court and sports bar. The service was a little slow and a few weren’t sure how to serve the products in the area they were working. This was not the case however at the fine dining restaurant.'

'Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. 'Parking was interesting, on a hill, so unique. Construction was being done at the facility, which was dusty. Noise was restricted to daylight hours, so that was ok. Rooms were clean and had pleasant smells. The breakfast was somewhat cold if you did not go first thing. Selection was good. Hard time opening the doors to rooms, had to switch room due to faulty fridge and the doors on both were a challenge. They appear to be older key models.
