'We had a group of 12 stay here in July. The location is superb. It's very quiet in the development and you are walking distance to a little marketplace with shops and a great place to eat, and a very short drive to multiple beaches and the Mashpee Commons. The house is wonderful. It's large enough to accommodate a big group and has all of the amenities one would want if you stayed in the summer (pool, hot tub, efficient air conditioning, fully stocked kitchens, etc.). 'Room was nice Check in was unacceptable. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and was never notified if it was earlier as stated by front desk One of our bathrooms was never cleaned. Towels still left on floor from day before Restaurant never accommodating for a hotel stay. Couldn’t even get coffee except in room which could have been diary and never replenished the 3 days we were here the powdered creamer Front entrance rug also needs to be cleaned also. Not very inviting for a front room entrance'

'Zag er wel netjes uit. Wat verouderd. Wat we wel misten was een tafeltje. Er stonden 2 enorme rieten stoelen die eigenlijk meer in de weg stonden. Bed was prima. Uitzicht vanuit het balkon was prachtig. '

'Schone accomodatie, mooi en centraal gelegen in schitterende omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntje is het Amerikaanse ontbijt (beperkt voor Europese begrippen).'
