« Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! »

« Michael is an exceptional host with great communication. The property itself is perfect for families, with plenty of room and all the necessities you may need. The private beach was great, and my children especially loved the pool. With its proximity to downtown, shops, ferries, restaurants, it is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Cape Cod. I would highly recommend! »

« Check in and parking was easy and the condo felt very spacious even for our family of 5. The AC worked great even in the August heat! This location can’t be beat. Beautiful views and beach just steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops 5 mins from the condo. The neighborhood was also great for morning walks. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with odds and ends- seriously anything you could possibly need- and cleaning supplies and paper goods were readily available. The only downside...

« This was a great location and perfect little size house for our family! We had other family staying nearby so it or walk and grab a bite to eat at wee packet for breakfast or ocean house for dinner outside and letting the kids run around. Hosts »

« We had a fantastic stay at the Gem of the Ocean! You couldn’t ask for a better location: walkable to pretty much everything in OB, very close to the bus if visiting other towns, and amazing views. The unit itself is quite spacious, particularly the master. We were two adults and two teenagers and had enough space for a week. Kitchen are bathroom are fine, nothing fancy but no problems. We lucked out on weather so didn’t need a/c in the master. And while there are ample fans, I could see it being...
