Designed for one of more families to enjoy, this comfortable split-level home sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. A vast open plan living/kitchen/dining area with 4.5 metre ceilings is at the heart of this home with double height windows providing amazing light and views. The large kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a 900mm oven and stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an island bench with seating. The living/ dining area has leather couches, a flat screen TV, Foxtel, wood fire heater and a dining table for 8.

The upper level on the east side of the home has the Master bedroom (King size bed) with ensuite and a study with books and games, both overlooking the State forest. The west end of the house has three more bedrooms (2 x queen size beds and 1 x single bunks) that share a large family bathroom, with a bath. A porta-cot is also provided (no linen). The second living area is at this end of the house with a 50-inch flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD/Blu-ray and PlayStation and selection of DVDs/games provided. Year around heating and cooling is provided by split systems throughout the house. The laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and sensor dryer.

Both living areas have double glass doors that open to the north-facing elevated deck that runs the length of the house with views to the surrounding mountains. A BBQ along with outdoor seating and small outdoor table/chairs make this a great entertaining space. The backyard is fully fenced and landscaped.

A beautiful, quiet part of town with easy access to forest walks and only 1km from the town centre.
Please note this house is child/family friendly but has multiple flights of stairs which may make it unsuitable for very young children.
