'Amazing !!!'

'The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...

'Not much to look at from the outside, but lobby and room was pristine, had the appearance of a recent renovation. The staff was very accomodating with a requested early check-in, thanks again! The winding driveway is strange, be careful of opposing traffic.'

'Dirty hotel in general carpets stunk we had ants and gnats flying all over the room. People/ staff were nice but the hotel is terribly run down. We bought sheets from Walmart to use in order to get remotely comfortable staying overnight.'

'Stayed here twice for our Cooperstown baseball trips. Place is a great little getaway spot. Quiet area. Matt is an awesome host and does a fantastic job with breakfast. If we make another trip next year, this is where we will be staying!'
