Enjoy our spacious, modern three-bedroom brick home while staying in the heart of the oldest town in West Virginia.

Stay steps away from local restaurants and shops. Stroll across the street to visit the Opera House, the Press Room Restaurant, and Shepherd University.

Outdoor activities, like rafting, tubing, kayaking, golf, and hiking are all within walking distance. We are only short drive to Charles Town Casinos and Antietam Battlefield.

This two-story modern brick home is situated in the backyard of the historic Michael Yeasley House. Newly refinished wood floors throughout the public spaces and master bedroom. Fresh paint throughout. Carpet in the front bedroom. Two full baths with all of the amenities: one with a large soaker tub and the other with a shower.

New beds, bedding, and towels. Large laundry room with iron and ironing board. Kitchen is stocked with cooking implements, plates, utensils, and spices.

Perfect location for attending the Contemporary American Theater Festival (CATF) - close to restaurants, the Farmer's Market, wonderful Shepardstown shops and an easy walk or drive to the theaters. The house was spacious and easily accomodated our crew. We enjoyed eating and playing board games in the spacious kitchen and relaxing in the living room.

My third stay at this property. We like it because the variety of bed sizes and sleeping areas. Also where it’s proximity to Shepherdstown. Couldn’t be more convenient. The house it really is set up for relaxing and just chilling. Lots of indoor seating set up for long pleasant conversations, and outdoor seating also. The host is wonderful and incredibly skilled at communicating exactly what is needed. Checking out here is a breeze. I’ve never experienced and ease of checking out like at this very nice property.

The C&O bike adventure that got flooded out.

Despite the flooded C&O canal, my visit w 4 other biking friends allowed us to see Shepardstown rather than the C&O canal bike paths. What a great town to visit. And it e VRBO was the PERFECT location and size! It was my 1st time to use VRBO and our hostess Amy was so helpful before we arrived. Love this property!

We enjoyed being in town and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very large and can accommodate a good size group. Amy is a friendly and helpful host. We found the house to have a bit of an awkward layout and rather dark except for the front bedroom and living area. Our sense is that the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating
