'Fréderic, our host, could not have been more welcoming. He did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyed by every member of our group. 'We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience! '

'My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. The only real negative was the checkin and checkout process as the place where we had to pick up and drop off the key was not close by especially if you were in a rush or didn’t have a car. 'Na een gastvrije ontvangst werd ons alles gewezen in het huisje. Heerlijk Frans en sfeervol. Benedenverdieping met grote kamer/keuken. De slaapkamers en badkamer boven. Opgemaakte bedden en rulle handdoeken en washandjes lagen klaar. Geen gedoe met extra kosten, waarborg, enz. De eigenaar maakt samen met 2 collega's heerlijke biologische wijnen en brouwt bovendien 4 lekkere bieren. Kortom: wij komen nog eens terug, temeer daar de Loirestreek prachtig uitgezetten fietsroutes heeft.'
