'this is a modest property, located a few miles north of the Mission and downtown area of San Juan Capistrano. The rooms were small but adequate for our needs, clean, and comfortable. I'd call this a "Budget +" accommodation. Nothing fancy. There was plenty of hot water, and nice fluffy white towels. A huge plus. The office staff was friendly and helpful, but they close up the office in the evening, and no one was there until after 7 AM. Just a head's up. If you are a self-sufficient...

'The apartment was sufficient, but it was dated.
After about 10 minutes of walking around barefoot, bottom of my feet were black. I called downstairs to have them come up and mop the floor and let them know that we’d be leaving soon so they can do it then. They did not, I let the front desk know and they said it would get cleaned later that day or the next day which is the day before we were leaving, but they never did. They do not offer coffee in the lobby in the mornings and the store doesn’t...
