'Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. Negatives: - Great for a couple but felt small for a family with 2 kids. - The bathroom only has a shower curtain for the shower and the water easily gets outside the shower area...

'Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. 'With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.'

Après une bonne journée de travail, nous avons apprécié le logement situé dans un hameau où il règne un calme... Seul les petits oiseaux sont là pour vous déranger. 'We looked very hard for our accommodation. We wanted an affordable 2BR/2BA and this met our needs. Accessing the upstairs bedroom and bathroom would be a problem for someone with mobility issues (steep stairs) but was okay for us. Even though the red light district was just around the corner, the apartment was safe and quiet. We would stay here again if available.'

'Bij aankomst wordt je aller vriendelijkste ontvangen en een rondleiding door het prachtige huis. Wij waren met 3 stellen en 4 kinderen. Vooraf primaoverleg i.v.m de kamer indeling. De keuken is op en top voorzien van alles wat nodig is, zelfs een zeer uitgebreidde kruidenplank. Bij late terugkomst in het donker stonden er kaarslichtjes bij de entree van het huis.
