'Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.'

'Beautiful place and beautiful location. Loved our stay.'

'Lovely spacious home and perfect for us and the dog. The kids loved having a telly in their bedroom and we appreciated the fresh laundry, tea bags and coffee. Will definitely book again when we're over visiting family. '

'We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.'

'A comfortable house ideally located for a city break with the advantage of off street parking.Family and pet friendly although the stairs were steep but typical of a Victorian property.Thoughtfully converted with a high standard of decor good and very comfortable sofas and beds.'

'Wonderful little spot. Very happy.'

'Excellent house, located in a quiet area but just 10 mins north of Lincoln city. House is spacious and well appointed. Large kitchen, dinning and living room area. Large garden and hot tub that'll hold 4 people comfortably, 6 at a squeeze. Really enjoyed my time as well as the other guests.'

'Enjoyable stay , lovely and clean , lovely host and easy to get hold of . Would recommend people to stay here we would again .'

'Absolutely perfect location for exploring the city. Comfy beds and beautifully clean. Host was extremely quick at getting in touch when we had a query. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend'

'Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials.'

'Easily walkable to university and town centre'
