« We had a great time. Just disappointed we didn’t get there earlier to enjoy the place more, but that was only because we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation somewhere else. My grandbabies loved the game room…and I’m not going to lie…I LOVED playing PAC-Man. The home was really nice and plenty of room. Nicely decorated, updated appliances and very comfortable. More than one night would be best to enjoy everything and we would love to go back at another time. »

« We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! »

« This was our second stay here. Location was convenient for us, stores and restaurants close by. 6 Bedrooms on one floor was perfect for our 70 year olds, most in area have bedrooms upstairs. Beds are firm, no problem for us, nice large master suites, the twin rooms are more suited for kids, queen rooms worked well. Bathtubs/showers are not ADA compliant, no accessible bars/handles. We did not take advantage of the noted hot tub, so no info but kids would like the huge backyard to play. ...

« It was our second time booking here. The host is always attentive and the property is always pristine. Such a beautiful place for the family and the view is amazing. I love the snacks they leave out for you, it really makes you feel welcome. As well as the drinks they provide and leave in the fridge for you. Great getaway from the loud city life. »

« All was really good, but being it was 99 degrees outside, it stayed warm at night inside (75-77) and AC thermostat wasn’t adjustable. Second night wasn’t too bad but still warm inside. Location was perfect. I’d be willing to go back if the AC was cooler. »

« The host was so amazing, from the check in process and the checkout and last minute communication! One of my friend left something there and we got it back 2 weeks later! Super clean rooms and parking was so easy! »

« The property grounds were absolutely amazing. Lots of plants and shade from the big beautiful trees. Right on the river near a little dam...the waterfall makes such peaceful music. Absolutely perfect for us. The hot tub was wonderful. Lots of stairs to get to the river and the hot tub....just FYI. Front porch was great. Everything overall seemed very clean. The only "cons", if you want to call them that, would be that there aren't any closets for your things. Really, no draw space either......

« Great for a non-bougie girls trip! Riley's on one side, train trussel and tracks on the other, could hear and loved both. Right in between was Legit Ass Meats Food Trailer and fed us the whole time. (Shout out to Ryan for the great grub, low prices, and making us sopapillas on the fly). It even rained all one day and sat on the front porch sipping beer and people watching. FUN! »
