'This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.'

'We were in Memphis for a race at Shelby Farms Park and the location was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to answer questions about Memphis and give recommendations on things to do and places to dine. We had everything we needed and it was really handy to be able to use the washer and dryer. We would stay again if we ever had reason to return to Memphis! '
