« Solo parent on holiday with 7 year old daughter. Apartment was clean, simple but just what we needed! Aircon was great to keep us cool during highs of summer. Pool area was always clean and tidy, we loved the pool and restaraunt at hotel is amazing! Great price for food not overcharged and the staff are just amazing go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. I can’t thank them enough. « I had been a few times this hotel and suggestion to stay everybody stay safely..They are already tasty food,good ,service,helpful staff,clean rooms and area.street side rooms are noise during the night,if you are sensitive for noise. »

Ils ont refusé et ils nous ont demandé de payer un supplément.on nous a dit que c'était soit disant le Site de réservation en ligne qui avait rajouté cette option. Il était marqué quitter la chambre pour midi sur la réservation. On nous a demandé de quitter à 9h. Inadmissible et mal honnête. »

« I've seen many reviews regarding this hotel a lot was negative. Not sure why. Hotel is located perfectly. Just by the beach. There are restaurants, shops taxi's and everything you need. Hotel is basic. It's not posh hotel anyway you can not ask for more for this price. »

« Pas de nettoyage de la chambre et changement de la literie durant 9 jours. Ils ont changé les linges 1 seul fois. Le lit grince dans tous les sens et pas confortable du tout. Pas d’emplacement pour suspendre le linge mouillé sur le balcon. Certains hôtes ont fait un bruit sur-réaliste à 4h du mat, on aurait dit un tremblement de terre. Des appels téléphoniques nous sont fait on plein milieu de la nuit avec des gens parlant uniquement turc, la réception est venu et à débranché notre téléphone....

« I been very honest I didn’t get the room that I booked ,the lift is not working properly I stocked in the lift twice, The power has been cut many time and it’s ver hot there 🥵♨️ staff are not helpful, food is very poor thank God salad was a bit better back side hotel 4 star and you will notice what I’m saying Sun Vera hotel is not even 1 star, Never again.
