'Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.'

'This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

'It was a bigger property than expected. Really very clean, lots of towels and didn’t expect the complimentary coffee station. So overall it was perfect for what we needed.'

'The house is in a community setting with nearby business selling food. The only bathroom is upstairs, so be aware if you have someone with mobility issues.'
