'Clean room, very good breakfast, quiet hotel and nice beds!!'

'Es per friendly y además de que huele mucho a mascotas, los perros ladran en la noche. De igual manera las habitaciones entran mucho ruido.'

'We got a room at check in with people already in there. Had to go back to front desk to request another room. Elevator was very slow and I was unable to take my breakfast up to my room.'

'The lady at the front desk is remarkable. . . One of the older men that does service I believe I heard them say Sergio ...slow and not very reliable'

'Duct tape used to fix torn or broken furniture throughout the facility. Only one ice machine in the facility and it was out-of-order during my stay. Staff frequently leaves the front desk for extended periods of time and guests have to wait 15 minutes or more to obtain service or check in/out. Hot breakfast limited to eggs, sausage and cut potatoes during my four-day stay. Rips in carpet in my room and they charge a $50 refundable deposit upon check-in.'
